The PC is a spot to hold more pokemon if you have a team of 6, and catch more. Your pokemon will be stored here.

how to use the PC

Its very simple, If you have recently caught a pokemon and have 6 in your team already, Come to the PC, and simply make a note that you are dropping off a pokemon.
Example: *Snow Drops of her Ninjask*
