Everthing is good, but Medicham should be Meditite, and Snorlax should be Munchlax. If you change it to this then *approved* or you can change it. :)

You are suppose to use the basic forms, and I guess Munchlax would be the Basic Form, because Snorlax is the evolved form. lol (plus someone is also using Pichu, which is a baby form)
