Can someone here recommend one? I am looking for one that actually receives sms most of the time. What are the best options for me?

You sound almost desperate, and I do understand your frustration actually. A couple of months ago I was looking for the same thing and pretty much all the services like this didnt work properly. I asked around and only then I got a good suggestion on some internet forum and found one platform where one can receive sms online .
